If this Is a support forum you have to stop referre the users. To FPA, the threshold to start with FPA is way to high. I say this as feedback to the joomla comunity. The FPA is maybe a good tool for the development team but it is not user friendly in any way.

The FPA is really easy to use,I'm an old time user and old. You just have to put the script "fpa-en.php" in the root of your joomla site and then run it in your browser i.e. mydomain.com/fpa-en.php and then just copy the output and paste it in the forum. Yep its that easy.
